Joyce is the Chief Executive Officer of For the Love of a Child. She is also a co-founder and Chair of the Board of Directors. 
Joyce and her husband, Charles Smith, co-founded FLC out of a desire to help those in need.
Joyce is a foster-adoptive parent and the mother of nine children. Her husband, Charles Smith, is a co-founder of FLC, and her daughter Jennifer is the Chief Administrative Officer. Joyce remians committed to helping people through her tireless efforts and commitment to helping the less fortunate.
Joyce's hobbies include scrapbooking, shopping, fishing, camping, and family gatherings.
