Charles is the Chief Financial Officer of For the Love of a Child. He is also a co-founder and a director. 
Charles is a foster-adoptive parent and the mother of nine children. His wife, Joyce Graham-Smith, is a co-founder of FLC, and his daughter Jennifer is the Chief Administrative Officer. Charles is responsible for all financial matters of FLC, and focusses on using resources in the most beneficial ways possible. He is an innovative CFO, finding opportunities in unlikely places as well as traditional ones.
Joyce's hobbies include scrapbooking, shopping, fishing, camping, and family gatherings.
